Rejeki Nanda Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Assistant Cook to join our team. As an Assistant Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best dining experience. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assisting the head chef in the kitchen.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer orders.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
