Based in the vibrant and dynamic locations of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung), you'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

As a Business Analyst (Procurement), you'll be responsible for analyzing and documenting procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices. You'll use tools like SAP Procurement and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline our procurement workflows and improve supplier collaboration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document current procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement best practices for procurement operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage orders, and track deliveries, using SAP Procurement.
• Monitor procurement metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in procurement.
• Provide training and support to procurement team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong background in business analysis.
• Proficient in using SAP Procurement and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with procurement best practices and industry standards.
• Ability to travel to Bali as needed.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
