🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or customer support roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of sales and customer support software, including Salesforce and SAP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in sales operations or customer support is a plus.
