📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Identify training needs and design relevant programs to address them.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Collaborate with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall employee experience.
• Report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
