PT Maritim Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Deputy Security Guard to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, ensuring a secure environment for all employees and visitors. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents.,Patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of all personnel.,Conduct regular checks of security equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.,Assist in the investigation of security incidents and prepare detailed reports.,Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.,Provide first aid assistance when necessary and coordinate with emergency services if required.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.,Assist in the training and supervision of new security personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.,Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of security procedures and equipment.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Willingness to undergo a background check and security clearance.
