As an Electrical Operations & Maintenance Engineer at WHW Alumina Refinery in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art facility. You will be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of electrical systems with other plant operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards to prevent electrical hazards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff on electrical systems.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in electrical operations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical operations and maintenance.
• Certification in electrical safety and standards (e.g., NEMA, NFPA).
• Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and software (e.g., Fluke, Multimeters).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Experience with industrial automation and control systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
