📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring all payments are processed correctly and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and transactions, including receipts and invoices.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking products and updating inventory levels.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cashier or similar retail role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management and basic stock control.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
