We are seeking a dedicated Admin Cost Control professional to join our team at Daewoong Pharmaceutical in Kuta Utara, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the cost control processes for our operations, food and beverage, and facilities departments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze cost data for operations, F&B, and facilities to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost control reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with department heads to implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of cost control policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company cost control policies and regulations.,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Maintain accurate records of all cost-related transactions and expenses.,Participate in cost control meetings and provide input and recommendations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost control or a related administrative role.,Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
