📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Manage the sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the HORECA industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
