📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve branch goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting and expense management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.
