As a Cashier/Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, handling payments, membership renewals, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will also include managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records using our in-house software, QBMS. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Handle membership renewals, new sign-ups, and cancellations.
- Process and manage inventory orders, including stock taking and reordering.
- Maintain and update member databases using QBMS.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, event planning, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the front desk team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably in a sports or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using QBMS or similar inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management and order processing.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
