📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize sales operations to drive revenue growth.
Provide exceptional support to channel partners, including training, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
Ensure that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Utilize tools such as Salesforce and SAP to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and implement new sales strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster long-term business success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or customer support roles.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of sales and customer support software, including Salesforce and SAP.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in sales operations or customer support is a plus.
