📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints using Zoho Desk and Salesforce.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and improve service metrics to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and trends.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest tools and best practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in using Zoho Desk and Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer volume.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the oil and gas industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations.
