📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance, efficiency, and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our team's efforts are aligned and coordinated.,Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department at internal and external meetings, as needed.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, working with the appropriate parties to find solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
