📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis for management.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution.
