📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to kitchen improvement initiatives.,Assist in special event preparations and executions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
