Glow Web Pratama is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing the supply chain processes.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments.,Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities.,Support the Supply Chain Manager in implementing and improving supply chain strategies.,Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.,Provide support in managing and maintaining supplier relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
