📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring seamless coordination between drivers and customers.
• Optimize routes using advanced tools like Google Maps API and Route4Me.
• Monitor and manage real-time tracking of service vehicles.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management.
• Proven experience in dispatch operations and route optimization.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and real-time tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
