📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cash drawer and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of the shift.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and politely.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services.,Perform inventory checks and restocking as needed.,Generate and maintain accurate sales reports.,Assist in training new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
