📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and plantation buildings.
• Oversee the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure development and management.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software for design and drafting.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Familiarity with agricultural infrastructure and palm oil plantation management is a plus.
