📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor production schedules and deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products.
  • Assist in maintaining production equipment and tools.
  • Support in inventory management and stock control.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new staff.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Good understanding of production processes and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
  • Fluent in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
