📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.,Assist in the management of the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and individually.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
