Lead a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems using modern technologies and best practices.,Ensure the smooth operation of our software applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.,Work closely with other teams to understand their needs and deliver high-quality software solutions.,Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development, and share your knowledge with the team.,Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.,Work with QA engineers to ensure the quality of our software applications and implement testing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience as a backend developer, with at least 2 years of experience as a lead developer.,Strong knowledge of backend development technologies, including but not limited to, databases, APIs, and server-side programming languages.,Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.,Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
