📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, customer information, and delivery status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Supervise and train junior delivery drivers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and equipment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
