📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
