📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and workflows.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure they are performing at their best.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
