This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while serving our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist with daily tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling communications.,Maintain a clean and organized living/working environment for clients.,Coordinate with service providers to ensure seamless and efficient operations.,Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service standards and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or high-end service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Professional and courteous demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.
