Seed Bit Indonesia is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational psychology and a passion for continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs and materials to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Implement and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their learning and development goals.
  • Create and maintain training records and reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the learning and development initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of educational psychology and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using common learning and development software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training and development activities.
