In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure product availability.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Comply with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing.,Understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and sales tracking.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
