📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide primary healthcare services to patients in rural areas, including medical consultations, vaccinations, and basic treatments.,Conduct health screenings and promote preventive care measures to improve community health outcomes.,Educate patients and community members on health-related issues, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.,Monitor and report on health indicators and trends to support data-driven decision making.,Collaborate with local healthcare providers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance healthcare services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.,Participate in community health programs and initiatives to address specific health needs and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in rural healthcare settings.,Certification in basic life support (BLS) or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid nursing license and professional certification as required by Indonesian regulations.
