📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the supermarket chain, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations, including tax obligations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing management with accurate and timely financial information.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.,Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Provide strategic financial guidance to support the overall business strategy and growth of the supermarket chain.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for financial improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred but not mandatory.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in the retail or supermarket industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
