📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, working closely with the kitchen staff.
• Manage beverage service, including wine and cocktail preparation, ensuring a wide selection is available to guests.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining areas and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the food and beverage industry.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
